Dickinson to Hold Press Conference on Public Safety, Will Stress Long-Term Thinking

St. Paul, MN – Tuesday, September 6, 2005 – Elizabeth Dickinson will hold a press conference on public safety issues at 10:30 a.m. tomorrow, Wednesday, September 7, at the Margaret St. Recreation Center on St. Paul's East Side. With the rec center's closed playground as a backdrop, she will address the need for long-term planning, community involvement, and crime prevention strategies as well as the short- and medium-term needs of law enforcement.
